Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or using the services of Raseen Recovery, Pickup & Scrap Trading ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Our Services
We provide building demolition, scrap trading, car recovery, water tanker supply, and pickup truck rental services in the United Arab Emirates. Service availability depends on location, schedule, and equipment, and may change without notice.
Quotes, Rates, and Pricing
- Prices, rates, and scrap values published on this website are indicative only and are not a binding offer.
- Final prices are confirmed in a written or messaged quotation (for example by WhatsApp) before work begins.
- Scrap prices change with the market. A quoted scrap price is valid only for the period stated in the quotation.
- Quotes may change if the site conditions, quantity, access, or scope of work differ from what was described to us.
Customer Responsibilities
When you request our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the job
- Make sure you are the owner of the property or vehicle, or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf
- Obtain any permits, approvals, or no-objection certificates required by the relevant authorities, unless we have agreed in writing to arrange them
- Provide safe and lawful access to the site, and tell us about known hazards such as asbestos, utilities, or structural risks
- Pay the agreed amount on the agreed terms
Bookings, Cancellations, and Delays
Bookings are confirmed only after we agree the details with you. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may charge for costs already incurred, such as mobilisation or waiting time. Timings are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, vehicle breakdowns, or authority requirements.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are agreed before the job starts. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due when the work is completed. We may refuse or pause work if payment terms are not met.
Limitation of Liability
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or delays caused by events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
